These terms govern your use of tripthirsty.in and any tour package, itinerary or corporate travel (M.I.C.E) service booked through Ankit Kumar Soni (Proprietor), trading as Trip Thirsty (GSTIN 29DNLPS4901P1Z3), "we", "us". By enquiring, booking or using this site, you agree to these terms.
1. Enquiries & quotes
Prices shown on the site are indicative, starting "from" prices per person on twin-sharing unless stated otherwise, and can change based on travel dates, hotel availability, group size and currency movement. A quote is confirmed only once we send you a written costed itinerary and you accept it.
2. Booking & payment
A booking is confirmed on receipt of the advance payment we specify in your costed itinerary. Balance payment is due per the schedule in that itinerary — typically before travel documents (hotel vouchers, transfers) are issued. All bookings are invoiced with GST as applicable.
3. Cancellations & changes
Cancellation charges depend on how close to travel you cancel, and on the hotels'/airlines'/vendors' own cancellation policies for that specific booking — we'll always state these clearly in your costed itinerary before you pay. Date or itinerary changes after confirmation may attract a rework/rebooking charge from our vendors, which we pass through at cost.
4. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID), for that travel document's validity for the trip dates, and for any health/insurance requirements of your destination. We can advise and assist, but the responsibility to carry valid documents is yours.
5. What we're liable for
We plan and book your trip in good faith with reputable hotels, transfer and activity vendors. We are not liable for delays, losses or changes caused by airlines, hotels, weather, government action or other events outside our reasonable control. Where a vendor is at fault, we'll help you pursue that vendor, but our own liability is limited to the service fee we charged for arranging that booking.
6. Favorites / wishlist
The "favorites" (heart icon) feature saves packages you like directly in your browser's local storage — we never see or store this list on our servers, and it does not require an account. Clearing your browser data clears it.
7. Promotional offers
Any percentage-off offer shown on the site applies to the price at the time you enquire, for the traveller who submitted the offer form, and is confirmed in writing in your costed itinerary — it is not stacked with other offers unless stated.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
